What types of repairs does iFixitGo make?

iFixitGo specializes in screen/digitizer/LCD replacement but our expertise does not stop there! Our techs have been trained in a multitude of repairs including power button issues, home button replacement, speakers, microphones, Wi-Fi connections and much more. If you have a problem we will give you the solution!

Which repair service is best for me?

At iFixit Go we are all about convenience for our clients. With our on-site repair service, expedited in 30-minute repair and even pickup and drop off service in Barcelona we cover nearly everyone’s repair needs and schedule.

How does it work?

Our convenient on-site repair service is for our customers who prefer to have their device repaired in front of them wherever they are or where they want us to meet you. This is a service offered locally in Barcelona. Although we can’t repair every device on-site we can accommodate most. Water damaged phones and iPads can not be repaired on-site. Average time needed for each repair at the indicated location is only about 30 minutes aproximetly. It’s that quick. This service is limited to Barcelona City and appointments are limited in a daily way . Our expedited 30 minutes repair service is for our clients with a tight schedule or that they need their mobile device repaired quickly. We offer a pick up and drop off option for customers that prefer to hand deliver their mobile device to our repair shop. Just book an appointment and click the drop off option and that’s it. When you bring the damaged phone or tablet to us, you will be informed about what time you can come back to pick up your device. Our pickup and drop off service is another method that we offer only in Barcelona City . It’s so simple; one of our technicians or team members will come to the indicated location provided when done the booking of the appointment, to pickup the device. Then our team will bring the mobile device back to our repair shop to perform the repairs needed. Once this action is complete your device is delivered back to the agreed upon location. If you need your device picked up at home before work and delivered to your office there is no problem we are here to make this an easy process.

It’s that simple one of our technicians or team members comes to the location you provided when reserving the appointment to pickup the device. We then bring the mobile device back to our specialized shop to perform the repair needed. Once complete your device is delivered back to the agreed upon location you discussed with us at pickup. If you need your device picked up at home before work and delivered to your office no problem we are here to make this as easy as possible for you.

Do I need an appointment?

Although the answer is “no” we do prefer you make one. The simple process takes 15-seconds to do by booking through our scheduling wizard tool that helps us to keep our day more organized. Guarantee yourself the most convenient and time-friendly repair in just a couple “clicks”.

What if I don’t know what is wrong with my mobile device?

With over 500 repair options available on our website chances are we have the solution to the problem you are experiencing. However, if you don’t see the right option or repair offered just send us a quick email through our “Contact” form and we will answer you within an hour. With over 20 years combined experience our technicians can fix nearly every problem out there.

I don’t see my mobile device on the website. Can you help?

With all the new models of phones being released nearly every week we try our best to update and add every repair option available, but sometimes we miss. If you have a phone model or tablet not listed on our website send us a message through our “Contact” form and we will answer you with any option available for your specific request. We are able to order nearly every part available on the market through our local and global suppliers so if it’s available we will get the part(s) needed for your repair request.

Are the screens original?

Yes. We do offer original screens for all models of mobile phones. We also offer high quality copy screens for certain models of iPhones. Depending on your budget we will find the best option to your situation.

Do you repair phones with water damage?

Yes, we have all the tools and equipment required to repair phones with water damage. We also offer an option to select a free water damage diagnostic on our website for all iPhone and Samsung models. We require minimum 24 hours to diagnose and send a price quote for this repair service. The way it works is, to start by booking an appointment reservation online with drop off or pickup service due to the fact that phones with water damage can NOT be repaired on-site or with 30-minute expedited service. Up next we diagnose the extent of the water damage done to the phone and we will prepare a price quote counting with the necessary parts and labor to repair the device. At this point there is no cost for the customer, only after the costumer decides to agree with the price quoted, we start the work to repair the phone. Once the phone is finished and thoroughly inspected with our 23-point checklist, we contact the constumer to arrange the delivery or pickup, payment is required at this point. If the phone can’t be repaired there's no charge. There is NO offered warranty for water-damaged phones.

How do I pay?

The payment is done when the mobile device repair is completed. There are no pre-pay costs associated with our repairs. We want your 100% satisfaction for the services we perform therefore the payment is done when either the phone is delivered to you, the on-site repair is completed or when you pick up the phone from our shop.
